The project scope, theme, style and philosophy is developed in collaboration with the client and project team and delivered via digital image presentation and materials samples.
Selections, colour board, scheduling. *Refers to all fixed Finishes, Fixtures and Equipment (appliances) – includes hundreds of surface finishes and items required to fit-out the project.
The hallmark of Loulou’s skill-set is meticulously detailed customised interior features and joinery design documentation – a critical aesthetic component of the finished interior. Delivered as 1:20 scale plans and elevations.
Loulou also applies her creative, bespoke approach to furniture and styling curation and installation, including window furnishings, artwork and decorative accessories.
Loulou’s highly developed expertise and collaborative approach to client, builder and consultant relationships ensures stress-free project management from FF& E procurement, implementation and problem resolution through to project completion.
